A Straightforward Approach to Navigation

Summary

Scale attendants will enjoy Stellar ScaleTech’s modern look and feel that was engineered with the daily scale house user in mind. The software is easy to learn and navigate. It streamlines the number of clicks it takes to display data and create new records. The web app is divided into “Dashboards” for Scale Tickets, Contacts, Payments, and more. These dashboards make creating, displaying, and sorting data a piece of cake, plus the modules offer personalized user comfort settings to change font-size, colors, and more. Altogether, Stellar ScaleTech provides a wonderful, personalized work experience for each member of your team.

Login Screen

It’s easy to login! Just go to your assigned webpage and enter your login information.

Dashboards

Stacked vertically, our various dashboards are organized and easy-to-use. All dashboards are formatted consistently with buttons to create new records, search, export to Excel, minimize/expand the dashboard, and more. Expand a dashboard to view data in rows and columns. By default the most recent records appear at the top of each dashboard. The system brings data to you instead of you having to look for it. Click on navigation icons or use keyboard shortcuts to move quickly between dashboards.

Any record changes are immediately reflected in the web app, ensuring that you always have the most current information at your fingertips.

Personalize the order of the dashboards, plus change settings to customize each dashboard color, font size, zebra striping, sticky headers, the number of records per page.

Search, Sort, and Filter

Stellar ScaleTech brings the data to you! Sort or filter by each column, filter by date, use text searches, and export what you see to Excel in one click.

For example, filter by Invoice status and customer to see all unpaid invoices for one customer. (See the first screenshot below.)

Easy Input Wizards

Clicking to create new data records will open an easy-input-wizard—a pop-up. This wizard guides users through entering data in the correct order, step-by-step. In the screenshot below, the wizard for creating a new scale ticket is shown. Stellar ScaleTech even offers functionality to auto-fill several fields throughout this process. Along the way, real-time validation checks that highlight any errors or missing information.

You can also create scale tickets using a single prescreen option for quick data entry. (See the second screenshot.)
